U-Line CLRCO2175 Clear Ice Combo Repair

The CLRCO2175 pairs a clear ice maker with a small refrigerator in one 23-inch cabinet, so it sits under a counter in a bar, a basement or a home office where both functions are wanted. As an Echelon 2000 combo it is an older model, and the ice side is where wear shows first.
Four thermistors and seven relays run the freeze, harvest and drain steps, which means one stuck reading can stall the whole cycle. Hard water leaves scale on the water path, and a drain pump can clog and raise the P1 message when it is fitted.
We start with the drain line and pump, then the water supply and inlet valve, then the thermistors against a probe. The CL cleaning mode helps us confirm the reservoir is free of scale. The refrigerator side gets its gasket and condenser check as well. A written price comes first, and repairs carry a 30-day warranty.
It points to a drain problem on units fitted with the P60 pump. We clear the line, test the pump and float, and look for scale or a kink that stops water leaving the cabinet.
Press ON/OFF and then LIGHT three times and the display shows CL. We run it after descaling the reservoir, and recommend it when ice looks cloudy or the batch comes out thin.
Check the gasket and the condenser airflow first. If those are clean, the thermistor for the refrigerator section needs testing, and we do that on the visit.
