On U-Line Echelon and Origins refrigerators such as the 2275DWRR, E11 reports an EE memory error. The EE memory is where the control stores its settings, and the control has detected a problem reading or keeping them. You see E11 on the display. Because the control relies on that memory to run the cabinet, the code points to the control electronics, not a door or a filter.
1. Switch the refrigerator off at its power switch or unplug it for one minute. 2. Plug it back in and let the display start. 3. Check that the outlet is working and the cord is seated. 4. Do not remove any panel. 5. If E11 comes back, call us.
E11 is an EE memory error. The control stores settings in this memory, and it cannot read or keep them correctly, so it shows E11 on the display.
A single power cycle is safe and worth trying. If E11 returns, the memory problem is still there, and the control needs our attention.
Check the temperature with a separate thermometer. If the cabinet holds its temperature, you have time to book a visit. If it warms, move food to another cooler and call right away.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
