U-Line ONP115 Patio Nugget Repair

On a patio, humid air changes how a nugget machine behaves. The ONP115 stores ice in a bin that sheds meltwater, and in muggy weather that water leaves more slowly, so the bin floor stays wet. That is normal as long as the drain keeps up, and we check the drain path to be sure it does.
The auger is the working heart of this machine. Scale from untreated water thickens on the shaft and cylinder, and the motor pulls harder to turn it. We inspect for a scale film, test the motor under load, and clear the inlet screen.
Seasonal care is the third item. Before a freeze, the supply line and reservoir need draining, or the valve can split. Every ONP115 visit ends with a written price for anything that needs replacing.
Humid air slows evaporation and melted nugget ice drains away more gradually. We make sure the drain is clear and sloped. Standing water that reaches the floor means a blocked line or a leak.
A filter helps. It reduces the scale that loads the auger and fouls the cylinder. We can check your water, recommend a cartridge, and clean the cylinder when we install it.
Ice expands in the inlet valve and tubing and cracks them, and you notice when the supply is turned back on. We inspect and replace damaged parts and show you how to drain the line.
