U-Line 2224WC Echelon Cooler Repair

The 2224WC is a 24-inch single-zone Wine Captain from the Echelon family, built in a stainless WCS version and an integrated WCINT version. Digital control sets the temperature and the racks slide fully out. It occupies the same undercounter space as a dishwasher in many kitchens.
In a tall single-zone cabinet, cold air settles to the bottom, and the top racks run warmer than the bottom ones. That gradient grows when the fan slows or when the door seal leaks. Racks that pull out with the weight of full bottles wear their runners, and the gasket flattens as the years pass.
We measure temperature at the top and bottom racks, test the fan, check the runners, and press-test the seal. You get a written price before work, and the repair carries a 30-day workmanship warranty.
In a tall cabinet, cold air sinks. If the fan slows or the gasket leaks, the difference grows. We test the fan, restore the seal, and measure both racks after the repair.
WCS has a stainless door; WCINT takes an integrated panel. The cooling system is the same, and we test the door seal with the panel on when you have the integrated version.
The rack pulls unevenly, grinds, or stops short of full extension. We replace the runners, clean the tracks, and verify smooth travel with bottles loaded, so the rack stops short of nothing and sits square when closed.
