U-Line 2075DWRR Refrigerator Drawer Repair

The 2075DWRR is a set of refrigerator drawers from the first generation of the Echelon 2000 line, installed under a counter in a kitchen island, bar or family room. Two drawers share a cabinet and a controller, and each drawer has its own compartment temperature to hold.
The controller LED gives us a head start. A solid light shows compartment temperature, and a flashing light means a thermistor has gone open, which is a sensor circuit that no longer reads. That is a quick part to confirm and often explains a drawer that is warm while the other is fine.
We read the LED, test the thermistor, check the slides and seals along the full length of each drawer, and then examine the fan and the condenser grille. Before any part is ordered, we write down the price. The finished work is covered by a 30-day warranty.
A flashing LED 1 indicates an open thermistor, meaning the sensor circuit is no longer reading. We test the sensor with a meter and replace it if the reading is open.
Each drawer has its own sensor and seal. We check both, plus slide travel, since a drawer that does not seat fully will not hold its temperature.
Yes. We clean and lubricate worn rollers and replace bent rails so the drawer rides level and the gasket meets the cabinet on every side.
