What Board LED steady means

On first-generation U-Line Echelon refrigerators with the 2075 or 2015 control board, such as the 2075R, the 2015R and the CLR2060, a steady board LED means the control board has power and operation is normal. It is the healthy state, not an error. You see the LED lit and unchanging, with no flashing pattern. The pattern needs no action unless cooling is poor, in which case the cause lies outside the board.
