On first-generation U-Line Echelon refrigerators with the 2075 or 2015 control board, such as the 2075R and the 2015WC, a slowly flashing board LED means the board detected a sensor problem. The thermistor plug is disconnected or the thermistor has failed open. The unit stops operation, so cooling ends until the sensor circuit is repaired. The LED flashes slowly and keeps repeating until the sensor circuit reads normally.
1. Check food temperature and move perishables if the cabinet is warm. 2. Unplug the unit for one minute and restore power. 3. Watch whether the LED returns to steady. 4. If it keeps flashing slowly, call us. Do not open the control area to look for the plug.
The board sees no signal from the thermistor, either because its plug is off or the thermistor is open. The board stops the unit until the signal returns.
Yes. A slow flash points to the sensor circuit. A rapid flash is a high-heat signal from the thermistor, tied to the condenser and airflow. Check both patterns when you call so we know which applies.
We check the plug, test the thermistor, replace what is open and confirm the LED goes steady. Written price first, 30-day warranty. Food is protected after a quick fix.
A technician diagnoses it on site and gives you the price in writing before any work starts.
