The 3045WC is a wider wine configuration within the Modular 3000 Series, with full-extension racking, U-Select controls and a black interior lit by white LEDs. Its footprint suits a wine wall or a long bar run where the cabinet spans more of the cabinetry.

More width means more air travel. Racks far from the evaporator sit warmer than those near it, and the spread grows if the toe-kick run is blocked by a stored item or a floor change. We place thermometers near and far, clear the toe-kick, and test the fan. The door seal and the lighting get a look too, since a wide door has more edge to leak.

Why are racks at the far end warmer than the near ones?

Air has to travel farther across a wide cabinet. We test the fan, clear any blockage in the toe-kick, and measure both ends again until they agree.

Can something stored near the toe-kick cause trouble?

Yes. A blocked toe-kick starves the condenser of air, so the compressor runs longer and the cabinet warms. We clear it and check the coil.

How wide a gap between racks is acceptable?

A degree or two across a wide cabinet is expected. If we measure more, we look at the fan, the air path and the door seal.
