Along Washington Avenue and by Memorial Park (77007, 77024) we repair U-Line undercounter refrigerators, wine coolers, beverage centers and ice machines. Reserve through the site or phone, and name a parking spot.

Local housing, power events, water conditions, and installation styles all affect how we approach U-Line diagnostics here.
Protection as Houston's first historic district went to the Old Sixth Ward, while Rice Military started as a cluster of small bungalows and shotgun houses. Close to half of the 16,400 housing units date to 2000 through 2009.
Many are attached townhomes and condos along Washington Avenue. First major appliance repairs have arrived for them, and the bar coolers and ice machines installed then are aging alongside.
The whole corridor is on city water. Inside a three-story townhome the kitchen is commonly a floor up from the entrance.
Poor flow at an ice machine that high often comes from a partly shut valve or a kinked line behind the wall, not from the machine. We inspect the shutoff and supply tube before opening anything.
Along the south runs Buffalo Bayou, and White Oak Bayou touches the north in places. A freezer or second refrigerator often stands in a townhome's ground-level garage.
Heavy rain that floods the street reaches them first. A unit that stood in water needs its motor, board and wiring inspected before it restarts.
Townhomes of the 2000s boom have reached the age of first repairs. Gas cooktops, single wall ovens and top-floor laundry are common.
A beverage center or wine cooler suits the compact living floors in these buildings. We check that it is level, vented and plugged into a working outlet.
Our drive to this corridor is short via Memorial Drive, I-10 and Washington Avenue. Evenings and weekends leave little curb space in Rice Military and along Washington, which makes weekday mornings the easiest slot. If driveways are shared, say where the technician may park.
Townhomes put small leaks in places where they matter more than in a garage. A U-Line unit on an upper floor deserves a look at its drain line and supply hose whenever we visit. If the leak is inside a wall, a plumber should look, and a tripped breaker in a shared panel is an electrician’s job.
Washington Avenue / Memorial Park is part of our Harris County coverage.
County overviewPoor airflow is a common cause. Units get pushed against walls or boxed in by cabinets, so we clean the condenser and measure clearance before testing the sealed system.
Share guest spots or the best curb when you reserve. Morning visits go easiest near Washington Avenue.
The corridor lies inside the Loop, so the same day is often possible; diagnosis is followed by a price in writing.
