U-Line ORE124 Outdoor Undercounter Repair

The ORE124 is a 24-inch refrigerator built for outdoor kitchens, with a UV-resistant cabinet and door and a digital control. Even with that protection, sun is the main aging factor. Repeated heating and cooling hardens the door gasket until it no longer follows the shape of the frame.
We check the gasket first, using a paper strip around the door, since a hardened seal lets warm air in. Next we inspect the condenser coil. Leaves, pollen and dust collect on the fins and slow the heat transfer that the cabinet depends on.
The display deserves a look too. After years of UV, it can become dim or hard to read, and we check whether the control still reports the temperature correctly. A written price is given before replacing anything.
Years of ultraviolet exposure dull the panel. We confirm the control still reads and sets the temperature accurately, and replace the display if the readout can no longer be trusted.
A hard gasket can close and still leak air. We test it with a paper strip on each side, and replace the seal where the strip slides out without resistance.
Brush or vacuum the grille area every few months, and more frequently in pollen season. We clean the coil during service and tell you which part of the cabinet collects the most debris.
Book in about a minute, or call the desk. Same-day windows inside the Loop on most days, next-day across the rest of Houston.
