U-Line ORE115 Compact Outdoor Fridge Repair

Fifteen inches is a small opening, and the ORE115 fills it under an outdoor counter where the compressor and condenser share very little air. In July, that tight space gets hot, and the compressor runs for long stretches to hold the set temperature. A long run time is the first sign that the cabinet is struggling to shed heat.
We clean the condenser, check the fan, and measure the space around the cabinet. Then we check the control housing. The electronics are sealed for outdoor use, but a worn seal or a damaged cover lets water in, and moisture on a board produces erratic readings.
Near the coast we also check hinges and fasteners for salt damage. A written price comes before any repair.
Hot air around a small undercounter cabinet makes it hard to shed heat. We clean the coil, check the fan, and measure ventilation clearance to find where the heat is staying.
A damaged seal or cover lets rain or spray reach the control housing. We inspect the cover, replace worn seals, and dry and test the electronics before returning the unit to service.
Clean off surface salt and check that screws are tight. If the hinge has loosened or the fasteners are eaten away, we replace them so the door stays aligned.
