The 3018WC is an 18-inch single-zone wine module from the Modular 3000 Series. It has a black interior lit with white LEDs, a U-Select control panel on the front, and racks that glide out to full extension. Installers set it under a counter or stack it beside other modules.

The membrane buttons of the panel soften as they age, so a press needs more force or fails to register. The rack runners wear from loaded travel, and the top corner of the gasket, which gets pulled at every opening, loosens its grip first.

We press every key on the panel, run the racks fully out and back, and test the top corner of the seal. A written price comes before any work, and our repair has a 30-day workmanship warranty.

My U-Select buttons barely respond. Is the panel finished?

A membrane panel loses sensitivity gradually. We test each key, check the ribbon connection, and replace the panel if the keys no longer register, with the price quoted in writing first.

Why does the top corner of the door leak?

The top corner takes the most pull at each opening. We press-test the seal, adjust the hinge, and replace the gasket where contact has gone.

Can this module sit beside another one?

Yes, the Modular 3000 Series is designed for that. We keep side clearances in mind when we service it, so neither module is crowded and each keeps the airflow it needs.
