The 2115WCOL is the overlay edition within the 2115 family. A custom panel fastens to the door so the cabinet matches the kitchen, and inside it uses the Echelon-era digital control and full-extension racks. It is installed in cabinetry, under a counter in a bar or dining area.

The panel changes the load on the door. Over time, the hinges carry it unevenly and the door drifts out of square, which presses harder at one corner of the seal. That corner wears first, leaving a spot where air leaks. A control panel that stops responding sends us to the switches and board behind the display.

We square the door, test the seal corner by corner, and check the buttons. A written price is provided before work, and a 30-day workmanship warranty covers the repair.

My panel door looks crooked. Is the hinge the problem?

The weight of the custom panel can pull the hinges out of adjustment. We re-square the door, tighten and adjust the hinges, and then check that the gaps line up with the neighboring cabinets.

Why does the seal wear in one corner?

That corner takes the most pressure when the door sits out of square. We replace the gasket and correct the door position, which spreads the pressure evenly again.

The control buttons do nothing. What do you test?

We check the switch contacts first, then the board behind the display, and the power feeding both. We quote the replacement in writing and test the cabinet through a full cooling cycle afterward.
